Polar Bear Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Dark rum
  • 1 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz of Orange Juice
  • 1 oz of punt e mes red vermouth (alt: orange-flavored vermouth)
  • 1/2 oz of cold 7-up soda (alt: pineapple soda)

    • Instructions

    Pour into a collins glass filled with broken ice and add a spiral of lemon. Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry. Serve with straws.
