Pusherman - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Blanco tequila (alt: tequila)
- 1/2 oz of Herbal Liqueur
- 3/4 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of Demerara syrup (alt: simple syrup)
- 1 oz of egg white (alt: egg)
- 1 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 9 drop of bitters
Instructions
Shake ingredients through egg white dry, then with ice. Serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with bitters.More cocktails with tequila
