Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Dry gin; 1/2 oz Lemon Juice; 1/2 oz Lime Juice; egg white; 2 tbsp cream; 1/4 oz seltzer water; 1 tbsp powdered sugar; 3 to 4 dash orange flower water

1 1/2 oz of Dry gin (alt: gin)
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
egg white (alt: egg)
2 tbsp of cream
1/4 oz of seltzer water (alt: sparkling water)
1 tbsp of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
3 to 4 dash of orange flower water

Instructions

Shake all ingredients -well- with ice for at least one minute (or in a blender). This should result in a fairly foamy consistancy. Strain into a wine glass and top with club soda.
