  • 1 oz of Jamaican rum (alt: gold rum)
  • 3/4 oz of sherry (alt: fortified wine)
  • 1/4 oz of benedictine
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

    Stir, strain, one big rock, twist.
