Roman Holiday 2 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 leaf of mint
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 oz of Averna (alt: amaro)
  • 1 oz of sweet vermouth
  • 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 slice of lemon

    • Instructions

    Muddle mint and simple, add remaining ingredients and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish.
