  • 1 1/4 oz of Cognac
  • 1 1/2 oz of manzanilla sherry (alt: fino sherry)
  • 1/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
  • 1 dash of bitters

    • Instructions

    Build ingredients over one large cube in a DOF. Stir. Garnish with a pinch of salt. Drink and remember your last beach vacation.
