Sideburn Sour - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Bourbon
- 1/2 oz of red wine
- 1/2 oz of Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 1 part of egg white (alt: egg)
- 1 rinse of absinthe
- 2 drop of bitters
Instructions
Prep cocktail glass with a rinse of absinthe and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass without ice, and dry shake with cocktail coil. Add ice and shake again. Strain into prepped cocktail glass. Dot finished cocktail with couple drops of Angostura bitters and run straw through bitters.More cocktails with bourbon whiskey
