South Coast Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz of scotch whisky
- 1 1/4 oz of soda water
- 1 tsp of simple syrup
- 1/4 oz of curacao orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
- 1/4 of Lemon Juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.More cocktails with scotch whisky
