Strain the Rein - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1 of lime
- 1/2 oz of raspberry liqueur
- 3 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 tsp of cointreau orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
Instructions
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip into a flat bowl of sugar (2 tsp) in order to thoroughly coat the rim. Discard the lime shell. Pour the rum, raspberry liqueur, Cointreau, lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into the cocktail glass, and serve.More cocktails with light rum
