  • 1 cup of fat-free plain yoghurt (alt: yoghurt)
  • 2 of peeled, ripe mango (alt: mango passion liqueur)
  • 2/3 cup of nonfat milk (alt: malted milk)
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cardamom (alt: cardamom bitters)
  • 8 of ice
  • Instructions

    Place mango, yogurt, ice, and milk into a blender. Sprinkle in cardamom and sweetener to taste. Puree until smooth, frothy, and creamy.
