Summertime Soda - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz of Orange Juice
  • 3 oz of soda water
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
  • 1 tsp of caster sugar (alt: sugar)

    • Instructions

    Dissolve sugar in juices in a highball glass three-quarters filled with ice. Add soda, top with ice cream, and garnish with fruit. Add straws, and serve.
