2 oz of Bourbon
1/4 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/4 oz of Galliano (or Vanilla liqueur)
3/4 oz of egg white (or egg)
2 dash of aztec chocolate bitters (or chocolate bitters)
1 pinch of nutmeg
To a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients (except for the nutmeg) and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with nutmeg.
