The Black Buffalo - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz of Averna (alt: amaro)
  • 1/2 oz of Orgeat (alt: almond syrup)
  • 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 1 1/2 oz of Lager
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

    • Instructions

    Shake all except lager with ice. Strain into Old Fashioned glass (no ice). Add lager and stir gently to incorporate. Express lemon peel, swipe rim & drop in.
