  • 1 1/2 oz of Amaro Montenegro
  • 1/2 oz of amontillado sherry (alt: dark sherry)
  • 1/2 oz of Ramazzotti (alt: amaro)
  • 1 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz of Honey Syrup
  • 4 wedge of lemon
  • 2 wedge of orange

    • Instructions

    Muddle fruit and honey syrup, add remaining ingredients. Shake, fine strain, crushed ice goblet, wine or Collins glass. Garnish with mint and more fruit.
