The Ernesto - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Blanco tequila (alt: tequila)
  • 1/2 oz of apricot liqueur
  • 1 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1 oz of Honey Syrup
  • 2 oz of Grapefruit Soda
  • 1/2 dash of Pastis
  • 1/2 dash of bitters

    • Instructions

    Shake all but the soda and strain over the Ting in a DOF glass. Add ice and garnish with a lime wheel and an edible orchard.
