The Principal - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz of carrot juice
  • 1/4 oz of Amaretto (alt: almond liqueur)
  • 1/4 oz of simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz of half-and-half (alt: cream)

    • Instructions

    Add ingredients to mixing glass. Shake well. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slight sprinkling of cinnamon.
