Tia-Maria - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of bundaberg amber rum (alt: pineapple rum)
  • 3/4-1 cup of brown sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 4 tsp of powdered coffee (alt: coffeemate)

Instructions

Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 mins and let cool. Add rum and vanilla. Put in clean bottle(s) and leave for 1 week before using.
