1 oz of Vodka
6 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 oz of Coconut Cream
1 oz of Malibu coconut rum (or Coconut Rum)
1 splash of grenadine syrup
1 oz of margaritaville gold tequila (or tequila rose strawberry cream liqueur)
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to mix in the coconut cream thoroughly. The grenadine provides a nice pink tropical tint when served in a martini glass (of course, if you have tiki mugs that's a great serving option as well). Recipe makes two generous drinks (or two not-so-generous with a nice nip for the bartender!)
