Vermouth Cassis Tall - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of dry vermouth
- 4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1/2 oz of creme de cassis (alt: blackcurrant-flavored liqueur)
Instructions
