Virgin Mimosa - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 of lemon
- 1/4 cup of sparkling cider (alt: hard apple cider)
- 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice (alt: orange juice)
Instructions
Pour a small amount of sugar onto a saucer. Wet rim of a champagne glass and press glass, upside down, into the sugar, 'frosting' the rim. Pour in cider, orange juice and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.More cocktails with sugar
