Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey; 2 1/2 oz club soda; 1/2 oz tawny port; 2 tsp water; 1 tsp superfine sugar; 1 pinchgrated nutmeg; 1 pinchground cinnamon

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of blended whiskey (alt: whiskey)
2 1/2 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
1/2 oz of tawny port (alt: port)
2 tsp of water
1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)
1 of pinchground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)

Instructions

Dissolve the sugar in the water and whiskey in a highball glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and add club soda. Float tawny port on top. Garnish with a lemon twist, and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve.
