Zocolo - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Dark rum
- 1/2 oz of Tequila
- 2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz of grapefruit juice
- 2 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
Instructions
Pour dark rum, tequila, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda and stir well. Garnish with a slice of orange, a pineapple wedge, and a maraschino cherry. Serve.More cocktails with dark rum
