Almond Joyous - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tsp of coconut extract (alt: wormwood extract)
- 3/4 tsp of almond extract
- 1/2 cup of schocolet sorbet (alt: cupsraspberry sorbet)
- 2 tbsp of grated coconut (alt: coconut)
- 2 of fresh banana (alt: banana)
- 1 of coconut cuplight milk (alt: condensed milk)
Instructions
Combine the coconut milk and sorbet in a blender. Add the bananas, coconut (if using), coconut extract, and almond extract. Blend until smooth.Serves 2.
To freeze bananas: Peel bananas and seal in a plastic bag. Freeze. When ready to use, remove from freezer and slice.
