Brazilian Hot Chocolate - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp of Salt
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of half-and-half (alt: cream)
- 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract (alt: wormwood extract)
- 1/2 cup of hot milk (alt: milk)
- 1 oz of sweet baking chocolate (alt: hot chocolate)
- 1/2 cup of shot strong coffee (alt: coffee)
- 1 cup of boiling water (alt: water)
- 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)
Instructions
Combine chocolate, sugar and salt in top half of a double boiler over simmering water. Cook, stirring, until chocolate is melted; then stir in water. Cook, stirring, 4 minutes. Add milk, half & half and coffee. Beat with a whisk or hand beater until frothy. Add vanilla and cinnamon; whisk well.More cocktails with salt
