Astor Hotel Special - Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz of Cognac
  • 1 tsp of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
  • 2 tsp of egg white (alt: egg)
  • 3/4 oz of absinthe
  • 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)

    • Instructions

    Shake well with cracked ice, strain into a tall wine goblet, then top off with just a little chilled soda.
