Barcelona Fizz - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of sweet sherry (alt: dark sherry)
- 1 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
- 4 oz of soda water
Instructions
Shake the sherry, gin, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker. Strain into a frosted highball glass half filled with ice, then add chilled soda. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry, and serve with straws and a muddler.More cocktails with dark sherry
