Ingredients: 3/4 oz of Dark rum; 1/4 oz of Apricot Brandy; 5 oz of Pineapple Juice; 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice; 1/4 oz of galliano herbal liqueur

Ingredients

3/4 oz of Dark rum

1/4 oz of Apricot Brandy

5 oz of Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz of Lemon Juice

1/4 oz of galliano herbal liqueur (alt: herbal liqueur)

Instructions

Pour dark rum, apricot brandy, galliano and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple fruit flag, and serve.
