Ingredients
- carbonated water (alt: sparkling water)
- 2 oz of Brandy
- 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 tsp of water
- 1 tbsp of port
- nutmeg
Instructions
Dissolve powdered sugar in 1 tsp. water. Add brandy and pour into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Float port on top, sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, and serve.More cocktails with sparkling water
