Caribbean Mist - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz of sweet and sour mix
- 1 oz of Malibu coconut rum (alt: coconut rum)
- 1 oz of Midori melon liqueur (alt: watermelon liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of blue curacao liqueur
- 1 splash of 7-up soda (alt: sprite)
Instructions
Pour the Malibu rum, Midori melon liqueur, blue curacao and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Top with 7-up, and stir briefly. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple flag, and serve.More cocktails with pineapple juice
