9 oz of sparkling water
1/2 oz of peach syrup (or Lilikoi Syrup)
1 oz of cold milk (or milk)
1 oz cold milk 1 to 1 1/2 oz Peach or other flavor of syrup ice 9 oz sparkling water fresh fruit or half and half, for garnish Pour the milk and syrup into a 12 oz glass, stir well. Fill the glass with ice, then add sparkling water. Stir again. Garnish with fresh fruit or a teaspoon of half and half. * the book encourages experimentation:) Feel free to mix flavors, use more or less syrups!
