Creme de Menthe - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cup of sugar
  • 6 cup of water
  • 1 of pint188 proof grain alcohol (alt: grain alcohol)
  • 1 tbsp of green food coloring (alt: blue food coloring)
  • 1 oz of pure mint extract (alt: wormwood extract)

    • Instructions

    Bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and let ripen for 1 month.
