Dominican Coco Loco - Cocktail Recipe

- 1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
- 3-5 dash of milk
- 1/2 oz of unsweetened pineapple juice (alt: pineapple juice)
- 1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (alt: almond liqueur)
- 1 oz of cream of coconut
- 1 tsp of grenadine syrup
Instructions
