Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz of Coconut Cream
- 3 oz of 151 proof rum (alt: overproof rum)
- 11 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 3 oz of Midori melon liqueur (alt: watermelon liqueur)
- 1 oz of whipped cream
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with crushed ice in a blender. Keep adding ice and blending in stages until slurpee-consistancy. Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with whipped cream, and serve.More cocktails with coconut cream
