1 1/2 oz of milk
1/2 oz of white creme de menthe (or Mint liqueur)
1/2 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/2 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (or coffee liqueur)
2 scoop of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
1/2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and slightly thick. Pour into a collins glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Add straws, and serve.
