1 1/2 oz of white chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 oz of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 oz of cream
1/2 oz of galliano herbal liqueur
1 1/2 oz of stoli vanil vodka
1 splash of sugar syrup
Add all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a large chilled champagne flute. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
