Green Island - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz of green creme de menthe (alt: mint liqueur)
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 1 1/2 oz of Vodka

    • Instructions

    Shake with ice, strain into a parfait glass and top with creme de menthe. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
