Hot Benefactor - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of red wine
- 1 oz of water
- 1 tsp of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
- 2 oz of jamaican dark rum (alt: dark rum)
- 1 slice of lemon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Heat sugar syrup in a saucepan with a little water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add jamaican rum and red wine (dry is better) and heat until it simmers. Add syrup to saucepan with a little hot water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pre-warm a mug and pour the mixture in. Add a lemon slice and sprinkle nutmeg on top.More cocktails with red wine
