Jamaican Collins - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1 tsp of sugar
Instructions
Shake rum, pineapple juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water.More cocktails with dark rum
