Jeu d'Esprit - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of genever (alt: jenever)
  • 1/2 oz of Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 1/2 oz of Orange Juice
  • 2 dash of orange bitters
  • 2 dash of bitters
  • 3 drop of orange bitters
  • 4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
  • 1 slice of orange

    • Instructions

    Build in an ice filled 14oz Collins glass: add liquor, juice & bitters. Add club and stir. Garnish with a large folded wheel of orange
