Julia - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of strawberry puree
  • 1 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1 oz of double cream (alt: whipped cream)
  • 1/3 oz of strawberry syrup
  • 3/4 oz of amaretto di saronno liqueur

    • Instructions

    Blend briefly in a cocktail glass with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
