Landing Gear Fizz - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of falernum
  • 1 oz of sweet vermouth
  • 3/4 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz of amontillado sherry (alt: dark sherry)
  • 3 oz of soda water
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 slice of lime

    • Instructions

    Shake everything but the soda, strain into an ice filled Collins glass, top with soda, garnish.
