Maestro - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of anejo rum
- 1/2 oz of sherry (alt: fortified wine)
- 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
- 4 oz of Ginger ale
Instructions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice and top with the ginger ale. Garnish with a lemon twist.Serve in martini glass.
Garnish with balsamic covered strawberry.
