Ingredients: 2 of strawberries; 2 oz of bourbon whiskey; 1 oz of sweet vermouth; 1 dash of bitters; 1 of raw sugar; 4 of fresh basil; 1 splash of soda water

Ingredients

2 of strawberries

2 oz of bourbon whiskey

1 oz of sweet vermouth

1 dash of bitters

1 of raw sugar (alt: vanilla sugar)

4 of fresh basil (alt: basil)

1 splash of soda water

Instructions

In a pint glass, muddle fresh basil, one strawberry, sugar, and bitters. Add ice along with bourbon and vermouth and gently swirl to mix and chill. Dump(don't strain) mixture into an old-fashioned glass - add more ice if needed. Garnish with remaining strawberry and serve.
