New York Flip - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • egg yolk (alt: egg)
  • 1 oz of Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz of cream
  • 1/4 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • nutmeg
  • 3/4 oz of tawny port (alt: port)

    • Instructions

    Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
