Peariodista - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Jamaican rum (alt: gold rum)
- 1/2 oz of Pear eau de vie
- 1/2 oz of Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp of Demerara syrup (alt: simple syrup)
- 1 dash of bitters
Instructions
