Zombie (UK Style) - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz of gold rum
  • 1/4 oz of Apricot Brandy
  • 1/4 oz of Triple Sec
  • 1 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz of overproof rum
  • 1 oz of Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz of Light Rum
  • 1 of dashor drizzle grenadine syrup (alt: spiced demerara syrup)

    • Instructions

    Shake first 7 ingredients hard and strain over fresh ice into large glass. Float overproof rum then drizzle grenadine. Garnish with pineapple flag/leaf and orange wedge
