Pearl of Tangier - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Gin
  • 3/4 oz of Mint Syrup
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp of absinthe
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 2 drop of bitters
  • 1 drop of Rose water
  • 1 sprig of mint

    • Instructions

    Shake, strain, up, garnish with small slapped mint sprig and, optionally, another drop of rose water.
