Pike's Peak Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 6-8 oz of cider
  • 1 of egg
  • 3/4-1 of squeezed lemon juice (alt: lemon juice)

    • Instructions

    Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice. Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass.
