Ritz Old-Fashioned - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of bourbon whiskey
- 1 tsp of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
- 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp of egg
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 oz of soda water
- 2/3 oz of grand marnier orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
Instructions
Rim an old-fashioned glass with lemon juice and caster sugar. Place a teaspoon-sized sugar cube into the glass, and saturate with angostura bitters. Fill the glass three-quarters of the way with broken ice, shake other ingredients (except soda) and strain into the glass. Top with a small amount of soda water if desired.
