Stout Sangaree - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of ruby port (alt: port)
- 12 oz of Stout (alt: dark beer)
- 2 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 2 tsp of water
- 1 of pinchground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)
- 1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)
Instructions
Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.More cocktails with port
